Leadership

  • Nader Ghadimi is the Founder of the Ghadimi Group, Founding Partner of Emerald Management, and Managing Partner of Emerald Investments.

    He has extensive experience in commercial real estate and investment management, having successfully developed several businesses focused on strategic investments and community development.

    Throughout his career, Nader has specialized in identifying and managing real estate opportunities across various markets, emphasizing sustainable growth and community engagement.

    Nader earned his MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado and holds a bachelor's degree in Operations Management from the same institution. He actively supports local economic initiatives and community-based philanthropic efforts.

  • Andrew Ghadimi is Managing Partner of the Ghadimi Group, Partner at Emerald Management, and Head of Development for Emerald Development.

    He specializes in community-oriented development projects across Colorado, Texas, and the Midwest, including the Emerald Workshops series that fosters innovation and local business growth.

    Andrew's professional experience includes a variety of projects focused on creating sustainable, vibrant communities. He has a background in architecture, urban planning history, economics, and real estate finance, which informs his holistic approach to development.

    Andrew serves as a board member of Display Ventures and is a founding partner of Plane Site and Aerial Futures, organizations dedicated to exploring the intersection of urbanism, architecture, and transportation infrastructure.

    He holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona and a bachelor's degree in Urban Design and Architecture from New York University. Andrew is passionate about urban innovation and leveraging strategic partnerships to drive positive community impact.
